In this workshop we will walk through a series of fun techniques that explore elements of colour, mark-making, and light and shadows. We will draw inspiration from everyday objects around your house and from scenery in your own back yard. You will be introduced to a handful of tried-and-true methods that you can easily practice where and whenever you please, and that will give you the confidence to creatively express your world through your own eyes.

* 5 sheets of white 8.5" x 11" paper (regular printer paper will work fine)
* 5-10 sheets of white card stock paper (8.5" x 11")
* HB pencils
* Eraser
* Wax crayons
* Felt markers (fine & broad tipped)
* 12 pack of oil pastels
* 12 pack of soft pastels
* Masking tape
* 12 inch ruler
Please have a snack and water bottle/drink available.
