Growing heirloom and “heritage” cultivars of fruits and vegetables is becoming popular. With hundreds of choices, where do you start? Join Lyndon for an exploration of veggies that have been on the market for decades, but aren’t widely known or widely grown. If you’re interested what your grandparents grew, or want something different to try in the kitchen, this class is for you. It has been revised and expanded so you’re sure to discover something new.
A $20 administrative fee for a full-day class, or a $10 administrative fee for a half-day class, will be charged if notice to withdraw is received up to one week before the class starts. No refunds will be processed after this time. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal and a refund will not be issued. Special consideration may be given in extenuating circumstances and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
