Division, Layering, Cuttings, Transplanting, and Seeds: Making the Most of your Perennials for New Gardeners

New gardeners usually discover the joys and benefits of perennials – plants that come back year after year – early on. Perennials are a great investment in a flower or shrub border. Over time, perennials may outgrow their space. Learn how to transplant perennials and how to create new plants by propagation (division, layering, cuttings, and seeds). This workshop takes you through the methods as well as the best times of year to do this. With these new skills, you will have more perennials to fill out your garden or give away to friends.
