Glass Fusion I

UofS Certificate of Art & Design (USCAD)

This weekend workshop explores technical, design and practical information about the art of glass fusion.
Experiment by creating jewelry, glass vessels and tiles.
Some time is set aside to view slides of contemporary fused glass artwork and discuss practical information about glass types, kiln types as well as mold-making for glass ‘slumping’ into 3 dimensional forms.
Glass and materials are included in course fee.

Requisites

USCAD Stained Glass I or experience with glass cutting and grinding is required

Refund Policy

Withdrawal from courses: Students may withdraw from a course at any time. A $50 withdrawal fee is charged for withdrawing from a course up to 2 weeks prior to course start date. No course refund is processed after this time. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
