What is the difference between a herb and a spice? It all comes down to temperature. Herbs like thyme, dill, and rosemary are temperate and easily grow in the garden. Spices like cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg hail from the tropics. Join Lyndon for a fantastic introduction to delicious, flavorful herbs that you can easily grow. Learn about exotic, fascinating spices and how they changed the world. This class is practical and educational—both your garden and your kitchen will benefit.
A $20 administrative fee for a full-day class, or a $10 administrative fee for a half-day class, will be charged if notice to withdraw is received up to one week before the class starts. No refunds will be processed after this time. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal and a refund will not be issued. Special consideration may be given in extenuating circumstances and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
