Resilience in the Workplace

Program Overview

This program provides participants with the opportunity to get back to balance. Participants will understand personality types in relation to acute and chronic stress reactions with the MBTI® Stress Management Assessment. Understanding how to utilize strengths and recognizing opportunities for growth is the key to decreasing workplace stress and increasing resilience in stress management, time management, networking skills, and navigating through organizational changes.

In this program, participants will use results from their MBTI® Stress Management Assessment to describe how likely they experience and react to stress by:

  • Identifying stress triggers through guided discussions based on how each unique personality type responds to acute and chronic stress.
  • Discussing how to get back to balance. People tend to revert from their natural to less-preferred stressed personality characteristics when conflict arises so discussions around building resilience to minimize unwanted stress-related behaviours will be discussed.
  • Exploring time management techniques to increase productivity based on preferences.
  • Identifying preferred communications styles in relation to personality types. Discussion on gaining energy, gathering information, coming to a conclusion about that information, and dealing with the world around us will recognize natural strengths on how to engage with others.
