3rd Party Exam Invigilation - USask Student or Alumni

Please read the following directions.

• Current mask mandates and other Covid-19 protocols on covid19.usask.ca must be followed.
• Please bring photo ID and have it ready to show the invigilator.
• Please ensure you bring all of the materials you require for writing your exam (pens, pencils, eraser, calculator, etc.) There will not be any extra materials available to borrow.
• You are allowed to bring one clear water bottle. All other belongings must be stored with the invigilator in a closed bag.
• If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please email exams@usask.ca and your exam will be rescheduled at an alternate date and time at no additional charge.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled exam for any other reason, alternate arrangements need to be made with the Exams Office at least 48 hours in advance. Notifying the Exam Office after this time may not result in a refund.
• You are responsible for arranging to have the exam delivered to the University of Saskatchewan. If the exam has not been received within two business days before the scheduled writing time, the Exams Office will contact you.
